Our recent stay near Arera Colony market was a pleasant experience. the hotel staff was helpful and the well, maintained rooms offered all basic amenities. the hotel's proximity to Habibganj Railway Station and ISBT makes it an ideal choice for travelers. the vegetarian and non, vegetarian menus of the on, site restaurant were impressive. We also liked the clean bathroom and comfortable beds.
The rooms were a bit small, which may not suit travelers looking for more space.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect as it was close to both Habibganj Railway Station and ISBT. the restaurant had both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options which was great.
My room was not the one I had booked, and the breakfast was not complimentary as it was in some other Fabhotels I've stayed at. , the fan regulator and keyless card did not work properly, which caused some inconvenience.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location near the market made it easy to explore this city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, particularly Durgesh and the bearded gentleman at the reception. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and room were very well cleaned.
